About Klover Stewart

My career in Real Estate began all the way back in high school, answering phones during summer at my father’s Real Estate firm, located in Carlsbad at the time. Words like “Escrow” and “Appraisal” were part of my childhood dinner conversations! Originally born in Aspen, CO, mountains are dear to my heart, which inspired me as a young adult to move to Mammoth Lakes for “one ski season” …which led to several years of snowboarding, skiing, hiking, and mountain biking, while I went to the community college and worked in property management. In 2001, I connected with my Real Estate roots and obtained my CA license to work as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker in Mammoth Lakes.

In 2005 it was time to adventure out of CA as a newlywed, so we headed up to Sandpoint, Idaho – a beautiful place where I was happy to attain a job managing a small Real Estate office. Soon, I obtained my Idaho Real Estate License, put on my hiking boots and took up my compass – standard equipment for Realtors in Northern Idaho, where the average property is a 40 acre parcel of forest.

By 2008 the CA sunshine was calling my name, along with my father, who needed help – he specialized in listing Foreclosure properties for Bank Sellers and was getting slammed with a tidal-wave of foreclosure listings, with the implosion of the Real Estate Market in San Diego and nationwide. From 2008 – 2014 I worked hard and fast along-side my Pop, Earl Gervais, running his high volume firm based out of Cardiff by the Sea, where we sold nearly 2000 foreclosure properties all over San Diego County during that time. This very intense experience fostered valuable expertise and knowledge, as we encountered just about every type of real estate property conveyance issue imaginable.

By 2014 it was time to change gears, so my Pop semi-retired to Northern Michigan for a lifestyle of mountain biking and community enhancement projects… and I found myself drawn back up to the High Sierras. I spent the next couple of years in Mammoth climbing up hiking trails, sliding down steep powder fields, and selling resort vacation properties with Mammoth Realty Team. Following the 16/17 ski season and 50 feet of non-stop snow blizzards, the sunny beaches of North County San Diego once again called out to me.

I packed up my snow gear and headed back to Carlsbad, where I have the outstanding opportunity to work with Brian Richard’s team at Richard Realty Group. Brian focuses on helping Sellers… his extensive background in the local San Diego Real Estate community with specialization in listing foreclosure properties for corporate and bank sellers keeps him very busy with the Listing side of the business, while I am able to focus on helping Buyers. My wide and deep involvement in Real Estate gives me a unique ability to foresee hurdles that Buyers face and negotiate for them with authority and expertise, to help them secure their goals for buying property in San Diego County.
